I had always wanted to visit and I feel privileged to have visited on numerous occasions now. I was desperate to capture an image with a dramatic sky. On this particular evening, I had a 3-minute opportunity where a small break in the clouds opened up to light up this magical scene and create all the drama for Monumental Sky.”
