Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information included.
Is my artwork insured during transit?
Yes — David K. Beavis Fine Art provides full insurance coverage for all shipments from our production facility to your delivery address. Please note that we cannot insure artwork once it has been transported from the original delivery destination.
My package arrived damaged. What do I do?
Limited Edition Fine Art & Open Edition Fine Art
If your package shows signs of damage upon delivery, it is your right to inspect the art before signing for it. Please do not refuse delivery. Instead, ensure that the driver notes that the package was damaged. Please accept the package, take photos of the outer damage, and then do a thorough inspection of the image within the packaging. We recommend preserving the original packaging, including the box and foam covers in case of a damaged return.

Care & Handling
How do I clean my artwork?
Use extreme caution whenever cleaning your print. Canvas prints should only be cleaned by a professional art cleaner. Acrylic prints can be gently dusted with a non-abrasive cloth — for streaks, a small amount of mild soap and water applied with a soft cloth works well. Avoid any abrasive or chemical cleaners.
Can I display my artwork in direct sunlight?
We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can diminish the vibrancy of your piece over time. Indirect or diffused natural light is ideal for displaying fine art photography.
How do I inspect my artwork when it arrives?
Immediately upon delivery, inspect the outer box for any signs of damage. If damage is visible, photograph everything before opening. Open carefully, locate the plastic envelope attached to the packaging, and thoroughly inspect the print. We recommend keeping all original packaging in case a return is needed.
