Shipping policy
The delivery time for all orders is dependent upon the shipping option chosen at the time of purchase. Please allow at least 4-6 weeks for your Limited Edition and Open Edition purchases or 1-3 days for your retail product to be shipped, plus the shipping time based on the shipping option you selected. Title and risk of loss for any purchase will pass to the customer upon our delivery to our carrier.
DAMAGES DURING DELIVERY
If a shipment arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately. We also request that all damages be photographed, and all original packaging be preserved if possible. Damaged items are eligible for replacement. Please submit photo documentation of the damaged image to contact@davidbeavisfineart.com and our Customer Care Team will be in contact within 48 hours. Requests must be received within 30-days of delivery, must include a copy of the shipping receipt and photographic documentation of the damage. We will review all information and consult with the shipping company on all final approvals. If the request is approved, there is no charge to you for the replacement.
UPON DELIVERY
Once your image has been delivered, please immediately inspect the box for damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. If you notice damage, please take photos before opening the box. After the outer box has been inspected, carefully open the box and locate the plastic envelope that is attached to the outer wrapping on your image. This envelope contains a pair of white gloves and your hanging instructions. Please wear the white gloves as you unwrap and thoroughly inspect your new image. This will protect the image from fingerprints, smudges, and damage.
During the inspection, please also confirm that the hanging hardware on the back of the image is in good order. Email us immediately at contact@davidbeavisfineart.com if there are any issues.
GENERAL
David Beavis Fine Art is not responsible for any delay or failure in delivery due to causes beyond its control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, embargo, quarantine, accidents, fire, explosion, flood, severe weather, epidemic, riots, civil disturbance, unavailability of labor or transportation or any other similar or dissimilar cause. You are responsible for the proper and safe handling of any prints or other products you order from us. To the extent allowed by law, David Beavis Fine Art’s liability for any claim relating to any product purchased from us is the amount you paid for the product.

No responsibility is assumed for any errors in listed prices or other information, all of which we reserve the right to correct. Orders are not final or binding until accepted by us. We reserve the right, with or without prior notice, to limit the available quantity of or discontinue any product or service; to honor, or impose conditions on the honoring of, any coupon, coupon code, promotional code or other similar promotions; to bar any user from making any or all purchase(s); and/or to refuse to provide any user with any product or service.
