TERMS OF SALE
At David Beavis Fine Art, we are committed to providing you with an exceptional experience when selecting, ordering and purchasing your Limited Edition image(s). Our terms, conditions and policies are created to ensure and safeguard that experience.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
David Beavis Fine Art Limited Edition images are custom printed and framed and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
PLACING ORDERS
Customers are responsible for supplying all correct and required information when submitting an order, including name, shipping and billing address (no P.O. Boxes), telephone number, valid e-mail address, and valid payment method. We are not responsible for delivery complications due to incorrect information supplied by a customer at the time of order or thereafter.
ORDER CHANGES
All orders are final, and no changes are available once the order is in production. The only allowable exception is a change to the delivery address, which can happen before shipping. To change the address for an unshipped order, please contact your sales team member directly or email contact@davidbeavisfineart.com.
PAYMENT
Payment for all orders is due at the time the order is placed. Customers may pay for an order via credit card or such other means as we may choose to accept in the future. In the event of a stopped payment, disapproved charge, or other failures to submit pre-payment, David Beavis Fine Art shall have the right to cancel the order. If the order has already shipped, we will seek payment and hold the customer responsible for all costs of collection, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees, as well as charging interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (or the highest allowable rate by law if less than 1.5% per month) until payment is made in full.
DELIVERY
The delivery time for all orders is dependent upon the shipping option chosen at the time of purchase. Please allow at least 4-6 weeks for your Limited Edition and Open Edition purchases or 1-3 days for your retail product to be shipped, plus the shipping time based on the shipping option you selected. Title and risk of loss for any purchase will pass to the customer upon our delivery to our carrier.
DAMAGES DURING DELIVERY
If a shipment arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately. We also request that all damages be photographed, and all original packaging be preserved if possible. Damaged items are eligible for replacement. Please submit photo documentation of the damaged image to contact@davidbeavisfineart.com and our Customer Care Team will be in contact within 48 hours. Requests must be received within 30-days of delivery, must include a copy of the shipping receipt and photographic documentation of the damage. We will review all information and consult with the shipping company on all final approvals. If the request is approved, there is no charge to you for the replacement.
GENERAL
David Beavis Fine Art is not responsible for any delay or failure in delivery due to causes beyond its control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, embargo, quarantine, accidents, fire, explosion, flood, severe weather, epidemic, riots, civil disturbance, unavailability of labor or transportation or any other similar or dissimilar cause. You are responsible for the proper and safe handling of any prints or other products you order from us. To the extent allowed by law, David Beavis Fine Art’s liability for any claim relating to any product purchased from us is the amount you paid for the product.
Descriptions, images, references, features, content, specifications, products, price and availability of any products or services are subject to change without notice. No responsibility is assumed for any errors in listed prices or other information, all of which we reserve the right to correct. Orders are not final or binding until accepted by us. We reserve the right, with or without prior notice, to limit the available quantity of or discontinue any product or service; to honor, or impose conditions on the honoring of, any coupon, coupon code, promotional code or other similar promotions; to bar any user from making any or all purchase(s); and/or to refuse to provide any user with any product or service
