The delivery time for all orders is dependent upon the shipping option chosen at the time of purchase. Title and risk of loss for any purchase will pass to the customer upon our delivery to our carrier.

RETURNS
Retail purchases such as scarves, postcards, opticrylics, and small prints are eligible for returns for store credit. If you are not completely satisfied with your David K. Beavis Fine Art retail item, you may return it within 14 days of purchase and receive a store credit. Customers are responsible for any applicable shipping costs for returned items.

"New Zealand is one of my all-time favorite countries to visit and photograph. This image was captured in Milford sound. Milford Sound is a fjord in the southwest of New Zealand’s South Island. It’s known for towering Mitre Peak, rainforests, and waterfalls like Stirling and Bowen Falls, which plummet down its sheer sides. The fjord is home to fur seal colonies, penguins, and dolphins. Milford Discovery Centre and Underwater Observatory offer views of rare black coral and other marine life."
