"I had never been to this Californian beach before. As soon as I arrived, I was drawn to the underneath of the pier, and my eyes focused immediately down the tunnel of the pylons. I shot this image near last light, and a star blazed reflection from the light atop the pier can be seen on the second pillar from the right."
