"I visited the South Island of New Zealand in April 2017 to capture this dramatic snowmelt as it carved its way through the sand. From a helicopter, we approached this location near Mt. Cook and the Tasman River. The South Island contains the Southern Alps, glaciers, and also dense rainforests and beaches. The South Island is heaven on earth in the Spring!"
